By accessing or using any Daventi service, website, or application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Daventi provides cloud-based SaaS applications and custom software development services for businesses. Our services are provided on a subscription basis or through project-based engagements as agreed in individual service agreements.
You agree to use our services only for lawful business purposes, maintain the security of your account credentials, not attempt to reverse-engineer or resell our software, and provide accurate information during registration and project engagements.
Daventi retains ownership of all software, platform architecture, and proprietary code developed by our team. Custom work built specifically for your business under a written agreement may be licensed to you as outlined in that agreement.
SaaS subscription fees are due as specified in your service agreement. Failure to pay may result in suspension of service. Monthly payments are prepaid and non-refundable once charged. First-time annual subscriptions may be eligible for a refund within seven calendar days when approved by Daventi. Renewals, misuse, or violations of these terms are not eligible for refund unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
When a subscription expires, write access may be restricted until payment is completed while read access may remain available where technically supported.
We strive to maintain high availability for all services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary service interruptions.
Daventi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the three months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice as outlined in the specific agreement. We reserve the right to terminate access to our services for violation of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
